Will chronic hives or welts "last forever? Any information will help.?
I've been terrible hives suffereing for about 2 months. They are usually the size of room and I'll get about 8 of them in my forearms and elbows. They also appear in my knees, hands (back hand and palms), and the top of the feet. I went to the doctor and emergency and all they say is "can be anything …" – So they are useless. I can not understand. But beyond that, if not find out what is causing them, my body "heals" itself and stop the appearance of hives or time will to last forever until you find the problem? I have 25 years and as I said, until about 2 months, I've never experence a hive in my lifetime.
Not that it will disappear. If you can not find out what is causing them and then have to go to an allergist and have the skin test.
