Cholinergic Urticaria / CU (Heat Hives) and treatments and acupuncture?
Recently I've been itching profusely I'm pretty sure I have cholinergic urticaria (Hypersensitivity to the heat that makes you itch and eventually break out in hives, and you can not sweat). It gets so bad that I see my fall life apart. And I'm not planning on taking hydroxyzine and wind up as a zombie (with side effects). Has anyone been here with him? Need some way to sweat in a controlled environment .. the best I could think of so far was taking a shower too spicy, but not long ago. Does anyone know any way to open pores, anything I can shower, etc? Also, has anyone tried acupuncture for this, or someone here actually an acupuncturist?
